TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem: Search comes up blank when searching for forms.
Solution: This can be fixed by clearing the temporary files folder from IE.
This can be done by selecting Options from the Tools menu and then clicking on the Delete...
button under the Browsing history section.
To permanently fix this when you are in the Internet Options dialog box click on
Settings ... under Browsing history. Then select Every time I visit the webpage.
